Jurassic Kids Camp

Ages 2–3, with caregiver

Activities for toddlers and caregivers are inspired by dinosaurs and our permanent exhibition, Geology and Fossil History of Tennessee.
June 5–7, 2018, 9–11 a.m. each day; Cost: $35 per child (caregiver free)
Deadline for registration: May 29, 2018


Dino Explorers

Ages 4–5, campers only

Scientific inquiry in activities, stories, make-and-take projects about dinosaurs and our permanent exhibition, Geology and Fossil History of Tennessee.
June 12–14, 2018, 9–11 a.m. each day; Cost: $45 per child
Deadline for registration: June 5, 2018

 

A limited number of scholarships are available for this camp. Preference will be given to campers who are beneficiaries of the free lunch program at the school they attend. Art Masters Camp

Ages 4–6, campers only

Campers will delve into the diverse fine arts collection at the McClung Museum and use it as inspiration for fun art projects. This program has scheduled time for lunch, but campers will bring their own lunch boxes.
June 19–22, 2018, 9 a.m.–1 p.m. each day; Cost: $60 per child
Deadline for registration: June 12, 2018

Fossil Camp

Ages 9–11 (rising 4th, 5th, and 6th graders)

Focusing on dinosaurs, mosasaurs, mastodons, and many other extinct animals as campers excavate, study real fossils, and practice the science of paleontology. “Rocks” and other fun snacks included. The camp is subject to cancellation if enrollment does not meet the minimum number of students. Please check out our refund policy at the bottom of the page.
June 25–29, 9 a.m.–12 p.m. each day; Cost: $110 per child
Deadline for registration: June 18, 2018

Information for Parents

Refund Policy

There will be no refunds for camps unless the museum were to cancel a camp. If the Museum cancels a session, you will receive a full refund.

Upon registration, parents will be sent a consent form and medical treatment/release forms, which must be signed and returned prior to the first day of camp.
