From Family Days to summer camps, the McClung Museum provides educational programs that are free and fun for children and grown-ups.
We welcome families to make the most of their museum visit by joining us during our regularly scheduled free family days and stroller tours. Visitors can experience the museum’s galleries through guided tours, activities, and take-home crafts led by museum educators.
Each June the museum offers science- and art-themed camps for preschoolers through elementary-aged children.
Free two-hour museum parking passes are available from the parking information booth at the entrance to Circle Park. See Visit for more information.
The grassy area in Circle Park in front of the museum offers a great place for rest, play, and eating before or after tours. Note that food and drinks are not allowed in the galleries.
Photography is welcome in most museum galleries. Restrooms are equipped with a changing station, and a service elevator is available for those with strollers to go downstairs.
