McClung Museum Reservation Request Form

Please fill in the form below with the details of your proposed event. Note that reservations should be submitted at least two weeks in advance of your event, and non-University groups must be sponsored by the Museum or Campus administration.

Please note that you are responsible for all catering arrangements and equipment rental. For more information, please see our Facility Rental Policy. Please note the hourly rates below. The museum will get back to you shortly regarding your reservation request.

UT Group

$160 for up to 4 hours

$40/hour each additional hour


Non-Profit Group

$350 for up to 4 hours

$100/hour for each additional hour


Corporate/Private Group

$1,000 for up to 4 hours

$300/hour for each additional hour
