Space Rental

The McClung Museum is available for rent by both university and community groups. The museum’s lobby, Decorative Arts gallery, and auditorium may all be rented for stand-up receptions, seated dinners, talks, or other events.

All museum space rentals require the permission of the director or assistant director. Note that as policy, the museum does not rent the facility for weddings, wedding receptions, prom events, or sleepovers.

*Please note that events which take place during public hours, must not impede access to museum facilities and exhibits (unless the space is temporarily closed for the event, which will incur an additional fee).

**UT groups include all University of Tennessee events arranged by and for student organizations, academic departments and other on-campus units. They do not include events reserved by UT students/faculty/staff for personal functions or parties.

Please remember when planning your event to include setup and cleanup time.
