        DESCRIPTION

        When we look at the toys that children played with in the past, we are reminded of the changes that have taken place in our world. Many of the playthings of today have been influenced by the steady growth of the electronics and computer industries. The Space Age for toys is here to stay.

        In this instantaneous modern age, we look back with nostalgia to the slower, simpler traditions of the past. The toys in this exhibit reflect the typical types of toys that brought smiles and squeals of delight to children in days gone by.
