The McClung Museum offers education programs that engage students with primary sources and objects, providing teachers with content support in the science, social science, and visual art curricula. Common core language arts connections are also offered.
Programs are based on the content of the exhibit covered, the science, social science, and art curricula of the public schools, and the grade level of the students.
Workshops for K–12 teachers may be held in conjunction with special or permanent exhibits. Homeschool teachers are welcome. Reservations are required. See the events calendar for upcoming dates.
