The McClung Museum invites families, caregivers, and children to explore natural history and culture, and to learn and create together at the museum with hands-on family programs. Please see the Events Calendar for more information.
Ages: Parents, caregivers, and children ages newborn to age four
A monthly series of free stroller tours that allows parents and caregivers to interact with one another and museum staff without the worry of disrupting other visitors.
Ages: 4–6 grades
The museum offers two summer camps, which focus on archaeology and paleontology. Both camps are for rising fourth, fifth, and sixth graders and run for a week each summer.
