Loan Requests

Requesting a Loan

Please note that loans of McClung Museum objects are only made to museums, schools, universities, departments, or other organizations with the director’s approval. All loans are subject to the museum’s Outgoing Loan Policies and Conditions.

Requests for loans should be made in writing to the museum director or appropriate curator below. Requests should include the purpose of the loan, including any exhibition information; loan dates; description of the object(s) in as much detail as possible; a facilities report of the venue; and where and under whose responsibility the objects will be housed held while on loan.
